SEC Rule 606 requires on a quarterly basis that firms make available reports that present a general overview of order routing practices. These reports identify the ways in which customer orders were routed for execution during the applicable quarter. Investors Capital Corp. (ICC) transmits orders to our clearing firm, Pershing, LLC. Pershing may then route these orders to various venues for execution. Customers of ICC may also request a written copy of this report.
